We are pleased to announce the opening of “The Groom Room”. Following extensive training, Liz is now able to provide your pets with the ultimate grooming experience. This new service includes a bath using high performance shampoo, blow-drying, brushing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, clipping, colouring and much more. Why not treat your pet to a pampering he/she won’t forget. At present, the grooming service is only available on Mondays & Fridays and you must phone ahead to make a booking. The full list of services and prices is available now at reception. With the warm weather approaching we recommend having your long haired pets groomed every 4-6 weeks.

This What's New page gives a brief
run-down of what has changed on the site – new pages, new newsletters and
articles, etc. We aim to update the site at least once every 3 months, usually
coinciding with the release of our quarterly newsletter.
The newsletter will be available on our website before you receive the printed
copy in your letterbox.
The What's New page also includes further
information about what's new at our hospital, new services offered, new
product releases, special offers, discounts and competitions. There will
also be commentary on news and events outside of our hospital that effect you
and your pets.
Of course, our newsletter already serves this
function. But we sometimes put additional news on our web site that space or
time constraints do not allow us to fit into a 2-page quarterly newsletter.
Just how frequently we update the web site, and
how much additional web content we write, depends to some extent on the level
of interest shown in our web site by you, our clients. So please use our feedback page and let us know what you think of
