Ask a question about any aspect of pet care and receive a response by email from one of our vets.
Use of this service acknowledges the conditions below. Please read them!

• This service is currently available only to clients of our hospital.
• If you elect to use your own e-mail program, please make sure that you include your real name (and if possible your PetCare/Client number).
• We will attempt to respond to all questions within 24-48 hours, though response time may be longer on weekends. If your pet is ill, or you have a more urgent need for an answer, please phone during office hours, or make an appointment.
• There is no charge for this service. However, it may not be practical for us to give detailed responses to complex problems (such as behavioural problems).
• We can only give general advice by e-mail. We cannot make a diagnosis, nor can we recommend a treatment plan for your pet. This service cannot replace professional consultation by your vet.
• It is a requirement that real names and return e-mail addresses be included with your question. More attention may be given to clients of this hospital (who can identify themselves by including their name and PetCare/Client number).
• Questions and answers may later be published on our web site (at our discretion) for others to read. Real names and e-mail addresses will not be published. If you do not want your question published, please tell us clearly when you ask it.
